Organization Development (OD)
With funding from the Global Fund for Children (GFC), USA, and implemented by Prattasha Samazik Unnayan Sangstha (PSUS), the “Organization Development (OD)” project is aimed at enhancing the capacity of the organization. The following is an overview of the project:

Total Beneficiaries: Men – 30, Women – 21, Total: 51
Time Period: February 2024 – July 2024
Overall Project Goal: The project aims to enhance the organization’s capacity with a one-time grant. It will contribute to the achievement of the government’s declared Smart Bangladesh initiative and will play a key role in the sustainable development of the organization through modern technology.
Specific Project Objectives: Organizations development, made 5 years strategic plan, HR policy & Child Protection Policy revise & capacity development of staff about Joyful learning and organization’s policy.
Activities:
- Purchase of 1 laptop
- Purchase of 1 printer
- Two days training for staff on planning, monitoring, and evaluation
- Two days of gender mainstreaming training for staff
- Develop the organization 5 years strategic plan
- Two days of training for staff on report writing, storytelling, and documentation
- ICT development training for staff
- Community mobilization training for staff
- Exposure visits to organizations working in joyful education
- Strengthening the financial management of the organization
Project Output/Outcome: This project has enhanced the capacity of the organization and 51 staff members.
